An Ultrasensitive Layer-Dependent and Weak Photothermal Interference SPR Sensor Based on Phosphorene/Gold Nanomaterials

Here, we propose a phosphorene/Au nanomaterials SPR sensor model and quantitatively investigate the sensitivity (S_n) and detection accuracy (D_n) sensing performances. We provide the fundamental insights of the phosphorene/Au SPR sensors and further explore its layer-dependent characteristics. Furthermore, the optical property changes induced by the lattice expansions for the photothermal effects are weak interference to the sensing performances. We predict that the phosphorene/Au nanomaterials possesses outstanding applications and prospects in SPR sensor fields.
