Research on Waveform Pulses on Step Drive Running with Inductor Motor

The article considers the model and algorithm used to research the inductor motor start mode in the step drive with a transducer, providing the preset current pulse waveform in phases sustention. According to the conditions of currents proportionality the derivative of the phases inductivity for the rotor angle of rotation, the authors determined the current waveform at which inductor stepping motor provides steady motion when processing the steps. The calculated analysis results are shown which proved that the form “curvilinear triangle” closest to the determined pulse had the maximum starting moment and intake frequency in the step drive with an inductor motor.
