Development of Engineering Technique for Calculating Magnet Systems with Permanent Magnets

The devices with permanent magnet systems are developing very quickly. Nowadays it is impossible to create the units with high level parameters without optimization. The methods of optimization demand a lot of cycles of calculations when the optimal parameters are selected. So, on the one hand the mathematical model have to include a very simple method of calculating the parameters of a magnet field, but on the other hand, this model must be very accurate. We have the conflict in this case. The simple models are not quite precise but they calculate the magnet parameters very quickly and it is possible to use these methods for circle calculation. The complex methods with using the software Ansys, Cosmos etc. have the excellent accuracy, but it is necessary the grate computer resources and a lot of time for they operating. It is impossible to use them for optimization circles. In this article the method, which can solve this problem, is suggested. The method is based on the finite element method, but for realization of this method only a few elements are used. So, this method is simple and has a good accuracy. It is possible to use this method for optimization models for designing the systems with permanent magnets.
