Study on measurement CF4 gas concentration in high voltage electrical equipment by NDIR technology

Based on requirement of accurate measurement of CF4 gas concentration in high voltage electrical equipment especially GIS with SF6 gas insulation, a new method of CF4 gas concentration measurement is designed according to principle of infrared absorption called NDIR. Using the double wavelength red hetero-dyne detection method, the traditional gas chamber structure is greatly improved, and the measurement results are more accurate.
