Dynamic Analysis, Monitoring and Control of Electric Network Topologies through a Web Portal

The purpose of this paper is to create a web portal able to perform dynamic analysis, monitoring and the network electric topologies control of the electric smart meters. The web portal is designed to be used in pilot projects and it can be expanded to integration of millions of smart meters into a network energy service. This web portal optimizes the control at distance between network electric services system and smart meters. The network energy services system is composed of data concentrators, offering increased transfer speeds, reduced response time and has a friendly interface with the consumers. This web portal brings an important contribution by improving the response time of the smart meter’s database and increasing its compatibility with other smart devices.
