Safety System for protection of pedestrians – Safe TA-01

The system we propose helps to reduce the rate of accidents involving pedestrians or cyclists. The project consist in developing a universal module that can be mounted on any car. The first part of the project is to implement a system which protects pedestrians and facilitate crossing the street if a car is parked near the pedestrian crossing. Second part of the project proposes a solution to protect cyclists, blocking the doors if someone wants to get out of the car in case that a detection of a car approaching is made.
