Aspects Regarding the Control and Regulation of an Industrial Turbine

This paper presents several aspects regarding the regulation and control of an industrial turbo engine. These issues relate to fuel control and starter air control. Determining of the dosage formulas was realized choosing coefficients and setting their values experimentally so that the turbo shaft to be operating to the desired regimes. The turbo engine for which the regulation and control were necessary is ST40 model engine.
