A PoF-Based Storage Lifetime Evaluation Method for High Precision Quartz Flexible Accelerometers

According to the requirements of the lifetime storage evaluation of HPQF (high precision quartz flexible) accelerometers, historical data on storage and design information is used to analyze the weak points of the HPQF accelerometer and a PoF-based framework, which consists of multiple failure modes and mechanisms, which have been proposed for evaluation. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine the key stresses and parameters of HPQF accelerometers in order to create an accelerated model for their storage lifetime. Finally, the rapid storage lifetime evaluation method is defined for the mechanical and electrical products with high reliability in storage.
