Highly photo-emissive F-doped ZnO for optical biosensing

F-doped ZnO samples are realized by a hydrothermal synthesis and directly deposited on silicon during the same process. Samples are constituted by nanograins and are characterized by an intense photoluminescence emission whose changes can be monitored in an experiment of optical bio-recognition.
