Retracted: Analysis of Effect of Financial Resource Allocation on Industrial Restructuring in Xinjiang

Comprehensive analysis is made on the effect of financial resource allocation on industrial restructuring in Xinjiang from 1990 to 2012 with deviation effect indexes. Results show that the amplitude of fluctuation of loan structure doesn't coincide with and is significantly incompatible with that of industrial structure, and the efficiency of fund allocation is low and it is less supportive to optimization and upgrade of industrial structure; the deviation effect of financial development on industrial structure greatly varies from prefecture to another; thus, it is needed to optimize financial structure and investment direction, create a benign interactive environment for financial development and industrial structure, and put more into industrial restructuring from the respect of financial policy.
