Essential Parameters of ASMAN Framework to Compare SSPs in Cloud Computing

SaaS Quality of parameter (QoS) is another prominent issue in this rapidly growing SaaS hosting environment and it becomes very important to evaluate attributes of SaaS quality while selecting a SaaS service. Many research works has paid their attention to select appropriate SaaS provider after evaluating several key parameters of SaaS delivery model. SaaS Quality of Service (QoS) parameters are the most important key attribute to compare a provider for adopting a service, but there is a wider range of key parameters are available and it is a very crucial issue that what kind of parameters should be consider while adopting a service. It is a major problem to set criteria of service parameters, for SaaS users as well as for providers. Therefore, we observed that there is a need to set a certain criteria of parameters. There are some common parameters for every SaaS consumer and provider to access their services and applications (Yongwen Liu et al., 2016). Our research work is going to develop a SaaS selecting model named; ASMAN and this model is considering a set of parameters as ACRSU category respectively, Availability, Cost, Reliability, Speed, and Usability.
