Real Time Milk Monitoring System

Smart city services are provided to manage the city's asset by integrating information and communication technology (ICT) and Internet of things (IoT). Different sensors, terminals with variety of topologies and different application requires security for managing them. The smart city focuses on assets like transportation, educational institutes, managing waste, water supply facilities, and health facilities. To make money day by day quality of food deceases and it affects health of people and this will create food safety problem. In this paper we are presenting model to work on the raw milk for spoilage detection. From last decade researches are come up with different efficient methods for detecting spoilage of milk. Different studies show that the raw milk contains the bacteria which are harmful for human being, so there is a need to develop one real time system which will monitor the quality of milk distributed to the people or getting used for dairy products. The proposed system going to work with set of different sensors which are connected to the Arduino board and in turn all data will get pass to the android app and according the value system will check the quality of milk and user can easily identify the quality of milk user is getting.
