Quality Requirements and Satisfaction of Consumer 3D Printers

3D printing is widely used in many areas because of its flexibility in production is suitable for contemporary emphasis on small-volume, large-variety production and customization. However, due to the limitation of functional principles, the end product of 3D printing is visible of coarse level texture on the surface. Subsequent finishing is necessary for it to reach the demand for commercialization. This paper focuses on quality requirements of consumer 3D printers to provide a reference for promoting quality satisfaction of 3D printing, which is important for the development of 3D printing technology in the future.
