A Practical Evolution Model for Filter Automatic Design

The circuit evolution design is one of the most promising field in electronic system design. A practical design model, making use of evolutionary algorithm to synthesis passive analog circuit satisfied practical requirements is presented in this work. Most common problems making use of evolutionary search techniques is lack of practicability. The content of the work pertains to two distinct aspects. One is how to shorten search time, the other is how to satisfy actual specifications. Three filters in practice are designed in this paper. The obtained results indicate the automatic designed filters can meet the specifications and presented model has high effectiveness and practicability.
