Design Consideration of Inner and Outer Rotor Flux Switching Machine

Nowadays the flux switching machines are offers pivotal role in high speed applications. The flux sources (Field Excitation Coil and Armature Winding or Permanent Magnet) are confined to the stator, leaving rotor completely passive thus making the flux switching machine (FSM) more suitable for industrial applications. In this research paper, the inner and outer rotor FEFSM performance analysis is compared and calculated the correlation between in different design parameters. The fist analyzes the mathematical formulation of torque production and flux linkage of FEFSM design. After this, analyze the torque production with different diameters.
