Research on Online Monitoring Technology for Metal Sheet Paint Thickness

This paper uses multi-frequency eddy current non-destructive testing method to detect the thickness of metal baking varnish of metal sheet. Through sinusoidal signal generation module, signal acquisition module, signal conditioning circuit and data acquisition module to obtain detection signal of the metal sheet paint thickness. LabVIEW and Matlab calculate the obtained data, and finally calculate the thickness of each layer of metal sheet metal baking varnish. The platform has a USB camera set up at the experimental site, and through LabVIEW's visual development module, provides an intuitive experimental environment and timely feedback of experimental phenomena for remote registrants.
