A Tracking Model for Bulk Material Properties Based on the Monte Carlo Method

In the process of mine production, the properties of the ore is an important reference for the operation of each working procedure. In this article, a mathematical model is established to track bulk materials in the fine ore bin. For the uncertainty of the movement of materials within the fine ore bin, monte carlo method random sampling simulation is used to produces a large amount of enter and discharge sequence. According to calculation result, the properties of the discharged ore over a period of time can be calculated. Experiments show that the model has good precision, and can provide good support for the decision of mine processes.
