Model and Algorithm of Estimating the Radioelectronic Environment and the Choice of Operating Frequencies of Radioelectronic Facilities Group

A mathematical model to determine the electromagnetic compatibility of radioelectronic facilities group is proposed. On the basis of this model, the problem of selecting the values of the working frequencies of radioelectronic means is formalized. To solve the formalized problem the algorithm of the particle swarm method which ensures the obtaining of a quasi-optimal solution for an acceptable time and has a low computational complexity is proposed and experimentally verified.
