Economic Efficiency of Using a Windmill for Supplying Power to Remote Rural Consumers in the Republic of Tajikistan

The article suggests an algorithm for selecting the equipment for a self-contained small-capacity electrical system constructed on the basis of a windmill. The characteristics of a self-contained electrical system are substantiated using the meteorological observation databases and real technical data of electrical equipment taking as an example a small group of consumers located in the decentralized power supply area in one of the Republic of Tajikistan regions. The results from evaluating the system utilization economic efficiency serve as a basis for selecting the system parameters.
