Maturity Models of Quality Management System in High-Tech Industry: a Systematic Literature Review

The article discuss issues related with the maturity models of quality management system (QMS) in high-tech industry. The purpose of this paper is to give an insight into methodological issues related with maturity models in QMS domain and to identify the opportunities for future research. A systematic review of literature is chosen as the most efficient and comprehensive approach to explore and synthesize the information about maturity models. Article contain the main steps and key issues from conducted systematic review.
