Voltage Regulation of a Linear Section of an Extended Distribution Network With Thyristor Regulators of Booster Voltage (TRBV)

A description of the thyristor regulators of the boost voltage of the thyristor regulator of booster voltage (TRBV) is given, and the possibility of their use for controlling the voltage of the linear section of an extended distribution electric network is considered. An algorithm is described for determining the exact values of the control parameters for providing the specified consumer voltages. The influence of the discreteness of the control parameters of the TRBV on the has been accuracy of voltage regulation in the distribution network investigated. The results of the simulation of an extended distribution electric network with intelligent control devices based on the TRBV are presented.
