The Improvement of «Management of Nonconformities and Corrective Actions" Process in the Design of the Power Supply System of Tram Lines»

The article proposes to improve the "Management of inconsistencies and correction actions" process, which consists of the transfer of the process of the model from the methodology of functional modeling IDEF0 to BPMN - an example of a breakthrough technology of business process modeling. The process transfer is due to the fact, that BPMN is more intuitive, convenient and easy to build, encompasses a greater volume of problems associated with the process that is used to describe processes in the lower level that displays the events, performers, and documentary material flows that accompany the process.
