Pasigueño Assistant: An E-Participation Mobile Application Framework for the City of Pasig, Philippines

This paper aims to develop a framework for an e-participation platform for the 2
^nd
District of Pasig City, Philippines. The e-participation platform is intended to be implemented in the different barangays under its umbrella. Through the proposed mobile application, it will help facilitate better and convenient communication between the community and the barangay officials. All opinions, issues, concerns, and requests are done through the platform. Aggregated data coming from the different barangays are forwarded to the City District for better decision-making process on the different services that can be provided for the different barangays. The detailed services in the platform are discussed in the paper.
