A Novel Dual Mode CUK Converter with Multilevel Outputs

Accession of this document is to introduce a dual mode multilevel converter contingent on an altered form of the CUK converter. Comprehensive architecture consolidates hybrid converter consisting additional capacitor and diode with the traditional CUK circuit to realize advance functional attributes of dual mode; having both high and conventional static gain. Likewise, circuit accommodating multilevel outputs, is being incorporated with the dual mode converter. It is accumulated that, the high voltage approach of the converter attains minimal output voltage, identical to the input voltage; whereas low voltage condition obtains lowest output voltage of zero volt. This research desires to meet the aspects of expanded efficiency, high voltage gain, alterable circuitry conforming to the appeal of load and distance and entertainment of multiple users concurrently. This paper illustrates exhaustive operational features of the suggested converter with mathematical diagnosis. MATLAB/Simulink simulation for three level outputs establishes the accuracy and confirms the efficacy of the recommended converter.
