Electric Cylinder Control Driving Method Based on 3-DOF Rotor Attitude Simulator

In this study, the design and modification of a three-degree-of-freedom (3-DOF)test rig were carried out using a wind tunnel test. Using an electric cylinder to replace the hydraulic cylinder of the original system and through the design of the mechanical structure, after transformation, the 3-DOF test rig meets the requirements. The hardware design of the electric cylinder system is controlled using a master-slave dual microprocessor structure, which is an effective solution to overcome the poor reliability of the original liquid pressure cylinder, weak anti-pollution capability, high failure rate, overly complex control, and other factors.
