Towards enhancing the performance of a VoIP infrastructure for limited-resource structures

In this article, we found it possible to implement a Voice over IP (VoIP) solution in a lowbandwidth network with a good Quality of Service (QoS). With the increasing communication needs and the convergence of communication technologies, the need to have a high bandwidth is recommended for ease of use, thus kicking away the limited-resource structures when faced with the use of service like VoIP. Our study aims at qualifying the limited-resource structures as well as broadband networks to use these unified communication platforms with a good QoS. The performance of the implemented VoIP platform allows us to conclude that VoIP can be deployed in a low-bandwidth network with additional telephone functionalities.
