Implementation of Infocommunication Technologies at Condominium Community Level to Increase the Involvement of Citizens in the IGovernment

The essence, purposes and advantages of the creation of digital space in Ukraine are described. It was grounded the necessity of implementation of infocommunication technologies at the low level of hierarchy (condominiums). The main objectives of the implementation of infocommunication systems at various levels of the municipal economy and management, starting with micro groups such as condominiums and ending with city councils are defined. The concept of implementation an information system, that can be applied at the level of the housing and communal sector, in particular at the level of the condominium, was proposed in the paper. Different implementation aspects of the proposed level of the infocommunication system as part of the IGovernment system have been considered. The scheme of implementation of infocommunication technologies for condominium, which consist of five stages, is proposed in the article and each stage is described in details. The approach, which is oriented on micro-level is oriented on improvement the delivery and dissemination of digital public services, as a part of the iGovernement system.
