A study and analysis on a high intensity public data encryption algorithm

A new high intensity public encryption algorithm-CRH public encryption algorithm-is presented in the paper, it absorbs the advantages of two public encryption algorithms-RSA and DES. The design principle and realization method are mainly described in the paper, then the characteristics of the encryption system are analyzed, and finally a computer simulation is given.
