Analysis of Exergy Lose in Dual Energy Conversion of Power to Gas (PtG) and Gas to Power (GtP)

In recent years, China is faced with the serious problem of abandoning wind and abandoning light on one hand, and the shortage of natural gas on the other hand. In this paper, a natural gas-based solution is proposed, that is, energy and natural gas energy can be reversed by using natural gas manufacturing technology and natural gas power generation technology, so as to achieve complementarity and economy of different end users. As part of feasibility demonstration, this paper analyzed the technology and comprehensive energy efficiency, and analyzed the combination of energy quality and efficiency by means of exergy analysis. This provides more support for the use of PtG technology.
