Connected and Autonomous Electric Vehicles (CAEVs)

The powerful capabilities of connected and autonomous electric vehicles will make them a popular provider of a wide range of services, including mobility, sensing, computing, traffic control, and energy management. This paper uses a characterization of these services to devise a service management framework and pricing schemes.
