Electrical Equivalent Circuit and Glow Discharge Atmospheric Pressur

A dielectric barrier discharge generated by flowing inert (Helium) ionized by a high-Voltage of non-thermal atmospheric pressure glow discharge, are used on a large industrial scald. They combine the advantages of non-equilibrium plasma properties with the ease of atmospheric pressure operation.One of the most studied DBD configuration is the parallel electrode reactor. Its resultant model consists of tow capacitors in serial connection. The proposed model considers the geometry of the reactor and dielectric material.
