The Design of Automatic Testing Platform on Electric Vehicle Off-Board Charger Interoperability

With the development of electric vehicles, the interoperability test between electric vehicles and charging facilities becomes particularly urgent and important. An automatic test platform of electric vehicle off-board charger is designed in this paper. The design principle and test method of the platform are expounded and the working principle of the control box and the vehicle interface simulator are described in detail. Running results show that the interoperability of off-board charger can be systematically tested on this platform which can automatically test charging equipment and generate report. Its test item can be expediently managed, and equipment parameters can be conveniently set.
