Research on a peak-cutting and valley-filling Optimal Algorithm Based on Communication Power Supply

In this paper, the optimal strategy of peak-shaving and valley-filling function used in telecommunication power supply is studied, and a peak-shaving and valley-filling income model with the highest daily income as the goal is proposed, and the problem is solved by particle swarm optimization. According to whether the battery capacity is fixed or not, the model is divided into two kinds: one is that the battery configuration is determined, and the discharge depth of the battery with the highest profit can be obtained; the other is that the battery is uncertain and the capacity of the battery with the highest profit can be obtained. Taking a site in Beijing as an example, it is found that the daily income of the first type of battery is basically negative, so it is not suitable to turn on the peak-cutting and valley-filling function. The second type of battery has a large daily positive income and is suitable to use the peak-cutting and valley-filling function. The results show that the model provides meaningful guidance for site configuration.
