Electromagnetic Field Scattering from a Thin Sheet

Fields scattered by an infinitesimally thin dielectric sheet are presented. An integral equation formulation is derived using the surface equivalence theorem. This technique is suitable for simulating two-dimensional materials that are only a few atoms thick.
