Models of Processes for Governance of Enterprise IT and Personnel Training for Digital Economy

The article discusses the end-to-end business concept of governance of information technology in the context of e-commerce enterprises as a sector of the digital economy that needs to improve the quality of management and training of targeted personnel. Processes for governance of enterprise IT were considered in accordance with the COBIT 5 methodology. Analysis and selection of IT enterprise management processes in e-commerce was carried out. An adapted CobiT model for ecommerce enterprises and a graphical model of the space of topics and competencies for learning in the digital economy are proposed.
