Observation and Prediction Systems Modeling for Human Mental State

This paper presents the procedure of observation and prediction systems modeling for human mental state, the phase variables of which are measured by technical means parameters. To identify is the human mental state normal or pathological, criterion was synthesized that performs recognition by using five skin conductance parameters. As a result of mathematical processing of obtained at the Clinic of Borderline Mental Disorders of Stavropol State Medical University experiment data the mathematical model of the human mental state reaction to the impact of using to treat mental disorders medications has been derived in the form of matrix of transfer functions for each pair of input-output. Based on the obtained transfer matrix, and the assumption that the system is linear, the model of the prediction system in the Pascal programming language is implemented.
