Methods for Improving the Reliability of Power Supply of Enterprises Based on the Autonomous Cogeneration Sources

In the work the existing problems of deficiency and high cost of electric and thermal energy for consumers of social sphere are analyzed. A project for the development of a decentralized energy and capacity market based on the commissioning of stations operating in the cogeneration mode is proposed. The investment and economic characteristics of the project are determined by the model of market equilibrium and the criterion for optimizing the profit of the formed energy complex.
