Low Power Design of Handheld Terminal of Independent and Controllable Satellite Mobile Communication

It is the direction of terminal equipment evolution in the future to have the access capability of “Space-Ground Information Network”, and the multi-mode and multi-access of multi-mode and multi-standby is a great challenge to the design of systems of low power consumption. Basing on proprietary controllable processor and intelligent operation system, a low power design scheme of handheld terminal is proposed, which integrates the functions of mobile communication of TT-1 satellite, terrestrial cellular communication, wideband wireless communication and BDS navigation and positioning. Through the research on the terminal architecture, hardware integration technology route, software basic framework, multi-mode and multi-access control strategy and the general SDR platform multi-communication waveform integration design, the terminal power consumption is effectively reduced.
