The Effect of the Value of Travel Time Saving on the Passengers Choosing Different Types of Railway Trips

With the rapid development of China's high-speed railways in recent years, more and more residents travel between high-speed railways and ordinary railways. There are many factors that affect consumers' choice of modes of transportation and the value of saving travel time is decided important choice of consumer traffic behavior. Based on the value of saving travel time, this paper chooses 16 cities along the Jing-Guang Railroad and 120 "city pairs" as the research object to study the influence of the value of saving travel time on the choice of travel style of urban residents on this channel and to study the relevance between saving travel time value and travelers' choice of travel.
