The Structure-property of ZnO/Perovskite CH3NH3PbBr3 Coaxial Nanocables

Nanotechnology has received considerable attention because of its potential to revolutionize the fields in which it is exploited. Here, we demonstrated a novel nanostructure which the perovskite CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ were filled into the ZnO nanotube. Therefore, a novelty ZnO/ perovskite CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ coaxial nanocables were fabricated. The structural properties of the as-fabricated coaxial nanocable were investigated. The ZnO/ perovskite CH₃NH₃PbBr₃ coaxial nanocables have the potential application for advanced nano-devices.
