A Novel Approach for Evaluating Classroom Behavior Using STEPS

Major challenge in classroom management is dealing the behavioral aspects of the students. Change in behavior often occurs when attitude gets change. Instructors use many pedagogical practices for activity based learning to seek student's attention. There is always confronting in handling behavior aspects of slow learners, vernacular medium and notorious students. This paper provides a range of evidence based strategies intended to minimize the emergence of handling challenging behavior. The STEPS behavioral evaluation activity proposed in this paper for enhancing behavioral changes among different skill learners. The STEPS used as in-class activity in Flipped Classroom pedagogical practice.
