Modeling of threshold effects in information processes on the basis of neural networks

This article covers the problems of modeling and forecasting of information processes in public systems and, in particular, the threshold effects in their dynamics. The author proposes the approach to describing the dynamics of information pro-cesses and their internal hierarchy depending on the scale of their influence on the state of the public system as a whole. The article also introduces the concept of a thresh-old effect for such processes.
