WTM: An Interlinking Medium for Student Teacher Connectivity

In today's scenario Recommender systems have become increasingly popular in recent years, and are utilized in a variety of areas including movies, music, news, books, research articles, search queries, social tags, and products in general. Mostly used in the digital domain, majority of today's E-Commerce sites like eBay, Amazon, Alibaba etc. make use of their proprietary recommendation algorithms in order to better serve the customers with the products they are bound to like. But the most interesting thing is that these recommendation systems are no longer limited to only product or service recommendation. People can also be recommended by using such systems. And it can be applied to solve the biggest problem of the newbie in an institution. The central focus of this paper is to build an application that would take into account the desired field of specialization of the student (especially newbie) and give him or her recommendation of a teacher or senior of the same institution (school or college). The main objective of this paper to take the existing recommendation system into account and make a fusion to give a better sort recommendation subsequently breaking the wall of unawareness and unconsciousness between student and teacher.
