Location Model and Algorithm of Solid State Transformer Considering Distribution Network Reconfigu ration

This paper is concerned with the problems in location and operation of solid state transformer (SST) under the comprehensive consideration of distribution network reconstruction and distribution network planning. In order to better play the role of solid state transformers in improving voltage quality, reducing losses and providing sufficient reactive power compensation, this paper proposes a bi-Ievel optimization model. The objective of the upper level problem is to find the optimal network structure, and the objective of the lower level problems is to realize the optimal location selection of solid state transformer. To cope with the reconfiguration problem of electric distribution networks with solid state transformer, a modified bacterial foraging algorithm (MBFA) with variable-speed social learning is proposed to improves the solution speed and optimization precision of the model. Finally, taking the example of 10kV distribution network as an example, the power loss and voltage quality under different scenarios and the convergence of the model under different algorithms are compared to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.
