Experimental Feasibility Study of Non-Contact Acoustic Picker Considering Effect of Stage

In recent years, there are some studies that report the method to levitate and manipulate a particle using ultrasonic waves. In the conventional acoustic levitation method using the compact acoustic delay-lines device, however, it was so difficult to pick up a particle located on the stage. In this research, we examine a new approach to make it possible to pick up a particle located on the stage combining simple ultrasonic transducers array and effective stages.
