A supersonic projectile — embedded OFDM channel sounder. First validation experimental results

A new concept of embeddable channel sounder based on the OFDM modulation scheme is proposed. A first prototype has been has been designed, embedded into a supersonic projectile and tested in real conditions. These measurements have enabled us to validate the technique with the determination of the path loss and small scale effect behavior of a supersonic speed wireless channel.
