The Decomposition Algorithm of Hankel Tensors

Many signals in the real word can be represented as a sum of sinusoids with exponential damping. Considering the Hankel tensor special structure problem, this article discusses an algorithm that can compute the decomposition expression and the rank of the Hankel tensor. For a given n-dimensional Hankel tensor with order m, the Vandermonde rank of Hankel tensor is calculated by iterative method. Then the generating polynomials are constructed, and the decomposition can be determined by solving the generating polynomials, which satisfy a specific condition. The efficiency and accuracy of proposed method can be demonstrated through numerical examples.
