300-GHz-Band Wireless Transceiver with CMOS Integrated Circuits

The 300-GHz band is one of the terahertz bands which can use a very wide frequency band of several tens of GHz. Research on 100-Gb/s-class wireless communication using this 300-GHz band is becoming active. We have realized 300-GHz-band transceiver circuits using CMOS integrated circuits. In this paper, we discuss the 300-GHz-band CMOS circuits and their module.
