Single Sideband Extension Frequency Measurement Method of 75GHz~110GHz Noise Figure

In this paper, a 75GHz~110GHz noise figure single sideband extension frequency measurement method and an integrated test set are introduced in details, which adopts the switched filtering and the fundamental wave mixing technology to measure the device's noise figure with secondary correction and realize high accuracy measurement of noise figure in 75GHz~110GHz frequency range.
