Design of RF Power Amplifier for Medical Applications

With the rapid development of science and technology, the application of high power RF power amplifier in medical products is becoming more and more common. This paper introduces a design method of high power RF power amplifier for medical application. It is expected to be low cost, high power, and high reliability. A large power amplifier with high output power, high linearity, good flatness and high stability was developed. The measured maximum output power can be as high as 200W.
